General Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO TICKET REFUNDS. Valid ID required. Must be 21 years of age to consume adult beverages. Venue/Festival reserves the right to refuse service for any patron at venue discretion. Please drink responsibly; consumption will be monitored by venue/festival staff. Packages are compliant with state of Illinois regulations. Venue/Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

Due to current occupancy regulations, we strongly suggest for ticketed commitments (or reservations) in advance during these unique times. Events are subject to strict arrival, socializing rules, and closing times. Buying tickets and gathering are at patrons’ own risk.

Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Cancellation Policy
Green Curtain Events will notify all ticket holders if/when a cancellation were to occur with all details and next steps that will be taken.
Item Transfer Policy
Tickets are transferable, no name change is required.  All ticket transfers do include the same terms and conditions as those made by original ticket purchaser.
Age Restriction
Valid ID required. Must be 21 years of age. Venue reserves the right to refuse service for any patron at venue discretion.
